How to Enable Screen Recording on iPhone

You first need to check if you see a screen record icon in your Control Center. Bring up the Control Center by swiping down from the top-right corner of your screen if you’re using an iPhone X or later. Or if you have an iPhone 8 or earlier, swipe up from the bottom of the screen. If you don’t see the record icon, here’s how you can add it in the Settings app.

Step 5. Close the Control Center and wait for a three-second countdown. When your status bar turns red, it will record everything you do on your screen.
